All content, including watch designs, product names (such as “7 Days Power Reserve Skeleton” and “Black Croco”), logos, and imagery are the exclusive property of Vanguard Time Shop or our partners like Alpina. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information

3.1 Accuracy

While we strive for precision in all descriptions of our timepieces (including technical specifications for collections like Aviation and Aerospace Evo), minor variations may occur. Product images may differ slightly from actual items.

3.2 Availability

Limited edition pieces from our Art and Arraw collections are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to verification and availability. We process orders within 1-2 business days, with confirmation sent to your provided email address.

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation. Items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all protective films intact
  • Including original packaging and documentation

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or engraved pieces from Arraw and Art collections
  • Worn straps from Black Croco and Black Octopus collections
  • Skeletonized movements requiring special authentication

6.3 Return Process

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after authentication. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All timepieces come with the manufacturer’s warranty. For watches in our 1969 and 4810 collections, additional warranty terms may apply.
