Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that selecting the perfect timepiece requires careful consideration. Should your purchase not meet your exacting standards, our refined returns process ensures resolution with the same precision that defines our collections.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
  • All original packaging, documentation, and certificates must accompany the return
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or engraved pieces from our Arraw and Art collections
  • Straps from our Black Croco and Black Octopus collections that show signs of wear
  • Skeletonized movements from our 7 Days Power Reserve Skeleton series require additional authentication and may be subject to extended processing

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Complete the Return Request Form below and email to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
  2. Authorization: Our Horological Concierge will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and RMA number
  3. Secure Packaging: Repackage the timepiece using all original materials including the protective shipping coffin
  4. Shipping: Send via insured carrier (DHL/FedEx recommended) to our authentication center at:

  5. Inspection: Our master watchmakers will conduct a 12-point authentication before processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our collections (1858 Automatic, AlpinerX, Aviation, etc.):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Indicate your desired alternative model in the Return Request Form
  • Our concierge will coordinate the exchange once your return is authenticated
  • Price differences will be settled through your original payment method

Special Considerations: Certain complications require additional handling. Chronograph models from our Active and Adventure lines must pass pressure testing, while Aerospace series with altimeter functions undergo specialized calibration checks.
