How are watches packaged for shipment?
Each timepiece travels in our signature security packaging – a discreet, museum-grade case designed specifically for luxury watches, with serial-number verification at every checkpoint in the chain of custody.
Do you handle customs and import fees?
For our EU, UK, and Canadian collectors, all applicable duties are pre-calculated and displayed at checkout. Documentation is prepared for smooth customs clearance while maintaining your privacy through discretionary declarations.
Which regions do you not ship to?
Due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot deliver to select Asian markets and certain remote regions. These will be clearly identified during checkout.

Who covers return shipping costs?
For returns due to our error, we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the collector is responsible for insured return shipping to our Seattle vault.
Do your watches come with manufacturer warranties?
Most of our timepieces include full manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty information is provided with each watch’s documentation. Our horological team can assist with any warranty service needs.
